About Foam Pressurizing Gear Pump

The Foam Pressurizing Pump offers gear pump that are used for heavy duty purposes. Apart from this, the foot mounting type positive displacement rotary twin gear pump. It is a four piece construction with investment cast. They can be easily cleanable and are maintainable & have a double helical gear shaft that are nitrated to give longer life. The Double helical gear prevents axial and side thrust & increases the performance of pump. The PTFE coated dry running bush bearing placed inside the pump casing, can also be provided for thicker viscous liquid application. These pumps provide with add-on type to facilitate the heating of the pump by steam or thermic fluid etc.

The The Foam Pressurizing Pump have flange at the end of suction and delivery which are available in 1/2" to 6" size. They can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm2 with 13 LPM to 1335 LPM flow capacity. Further they are suitable for maximum temperature up to 200oC and maximum viscosity up to 1,00,000 SSU.
